Credits power all VividAI tools including Magic Swap, Virtual TryOn, and more. For example, generating an image may cost 5 credits, while upscaling costs 1 credit. Each tool shows the credits required before you generate.
Is there a free trial available?
Yes! Every new user gets 100 free credits per day for 7 days to explore all VividAI tools. This includes Magic Swap, Virtual TryOn, and AI Upscaling (limit: 10 generations per tool per day).
Will my credits expire?
Credits from paid plans never expire use them anytime. Free trial credits, however, expire after 7 days.
What payment methods are supported?
We accept credit cards, debit cards, UPI, net banking, and international cards via Razorpay.
Are there any hidden fees?
No hidden fees. Your plan gives full access to all VividAI tools, unlimited gallery storage, and priority support. What you see is exactly what you pay.
What happens if I run out of credits?
When you run out of credits, simply purchase additional credit packs. Your account stays active and new credits are instantly added after purchase.
What tools are included in my subscription?
All plans include access to Magic Swap (AI powered image editing), Virtual TryOn (fashion visualization), AI Image Upscaling, and unlimited gallery storage. Higher plans offer more credits and priority processing.
Can I get a refund?
Refunds are not available once credits are purchased. Please review your order carefully before completing payment.
